Customers can sign up themselves on the FTIBOX Platform by entering their name, mobile number, email address. On submitting these details, an OTP is sent on the registered mobile number in order to verify the mobile number of the customer. Once the OTP is verified successfully, a verification code is sent to the registered email address. Once the verification code is verified successfully, thus a customer gets authenticated. Post successful authentication only customer can set the password and then sign in to the platform.
The APIs onboarded on the FTIBOX Platform are accessible by the onboarded customers. They can go through the API documents as well.
