RelAi is a ML/AI driven real estate marketplace, to assist property buyers and sellers as well as renovators to find qualified professionals such as conveyancers, architects, valuers, surveyors et al. to be able to complete their property transaction or project. As a platform RelAi is free to use for customers, they can control the transaction process via our proprietary progress tracking tool.

Co Founder & CEO
Claudia is our RICS, RIBA and ARB qualified real estate expert with over two decades of international experience in the real estate industry. She has held several senior management positions in architecture, design, planning, valuation and real estate project management and portfolio strategy in London and abroad. She has been a real estate entrepreneur for over 15 years, running real estate projects across Europe, Asia and Middle East, and now UK, London. Claudia holds a Masters in Architecture from the University of Florence and MSc International Real Estate from UCL London, and she is currently pursuing her PhD in Blockchain in Real Estate, from UCL Engineering
Budha Bhattacharya,
Co Founder & COO
Budha brings with him over 15 years of capital markets experience. He has held key positions, at tier-one investment banks such as UBS as an Executive Director, Goldman Sachs, JPMorgan, Bank of America Merrill Lynch etc. Over the last couple of years, Budha has been working in KPMG’s Advanced Analytics team, leading propositions on Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning -driven products to solve capital market challenges related to ESG, LIBOR and more. Budha is presently pursuing his doctoral studies at UCL’s Engineering. Before his postgraduate studies at UCL, he has pursued his MBA from INSEAD and an MSc in Financial Economics from the University of Exeter.
Lalit Suryavanshi

Lalit is an accomplished digital technology transformation expert. He has held roles at both startup and fortune/FTSE listed companies across a range of sectors including health, retail, logistics and airlines. Lalit has previously led the creation of digital platforms for Hermes, Asda, Walmart, Howdens Joinery, QVC, Air Canada and Wilko. A seasoned technologist with extensive software engineering, business change, IT management and operations experience with a proven pedigree of delivery and leadership. Lalit is a software engineer by training and he has pursued his MBA from INSEAD
